Pre-Orders Orders for items not yet in stock,( New Arrivals) are considered Pre-orders. Your credit card information will be taken and kept on file until the stock is received and charged a few days prior to shipping. If the Credit Card is declined at that time, you will be notified of the decline and given 48 hours to respond with new payment method. If new payment method is not received, your order will be canceled. Pre-Orders paid through PayPal- your payment it collected at the time the order is placed. If you would like to pay in full on your credit card at the time of ordering or place your order on lay-away, please contact Customer Service at Susan@quality-dolls.com Please note, on 'New Arrivals' the arrival dates are given to us by the manufacture. Dates are manufactures best judgment estimates, subject to change, and not guaranteed. We will make ever effort to keep you informed of arrival dates or changes. They will be posted with the product.
Need to Change your Order?
If you have had a change of heart, or suddenly realize you ordered the wrong size doll or wrong color of eyes or hair and the doll or other item has not yet shipped, you may change your order. Please contact me with your request. This change would be considered an in house order change not an order cancellation.
