Pre-Orders New Policy for 2012- Orders for New Arrivals not yet in stock are considered Pre-orders.
Our system is set up to authorized all Credit Card payments at the time of ordering, then charged at shipping. For pre-orders your CC will be authorized, but will not be Captured 'taken from your account and deposited in my account' until until the item ordered arrives in stock. NOTE: When you place the order -You will see a $$ Hold on your bank account in the amount of the order for a limited time (length depends on Your banks policy ). Your Credit Card information will be kept on file in our system until the stock is received and the Balance Captured a few days prior to shipping. If you would not like a payment hold on your bank card at the time of pre-ordering- please contact our office to place a Phone Order 610-431-6718. At that time you will submit payment information to be held on file without authorization.
When the item arrives your Credit Card will be charged. If the Credit Card is declined at that time, you will be notified of the decline and given 48 hours to respond with new payment method. If a new payment method is not received, your order will be canceled. Pre-Orders paid through PayPal- will be charged in full at the time of your pre-order. If you would like to pay in full on your Credit Card at the time of ordering or use our payment plan, please contact us. Please note, on 'New Arrivals' the arrival dates are given to us by the manufacture. Dates are manufactures best judgment estimates, subject to change, and not guaranteed. We will make ever effort to keep you informed of arrival dates or changes. They will be posted with the product.
Need to Change your Order?
If you have had a change of heart, or suddenly realize you ordered the wrong size doll or wrong color of eyes or hair and the doll or other item has not yet shipped, you may change your order. Please contact me with your request. This change would be considered an in house order change not an order cancellation.
Canceled Orders
If you need to cancel your pre-order, you may do so prior to shipping by contacting us by phone 610.431.6718 or email susan@quality-dolls.com. Cancellations receive store credit only for the deposit made unless the cancellation is the result of Manufacture not producing the product.
