International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, it means there has not been a customer request for shipping to that country.  If your country is not shown and you would like to purchase, please email susan@lee-middleton-dolls.com  with your request.
What are my payment choices?
 
We accept:  Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you and that payment has settled with our bank. 
Lay-away-plan require payments made through PayPal. A PayPal request will be issued for the first payment within 24 hours of placing the order. See Lay-way-plan for details on payment breakdown options.
What are my shipping charges?
 
The Shipping Charges you pay on this website are our shipping costs only-( from our door to  your Country's Border) All Duty, Taxes, and Fees charged by your Country are solely the customers responsibility. It is suggested you contact your Postal Service or UPS for more information on the charges you may incur before placing your order.  Read info in Returns
 
Note: Shipping To Canada :
You may select USPS Priority  or UPS International -Canada
USPS Priority- usually takes 14 to 16 days or more depending on the volume in customs.
UPS - takes 2-4 days depending on where you are located in Canada - items are shipping from Pennsylvania -Eastern USA

Note:
Shipping Over Seas: Please select USPS International Shipping-International  during Checkout.  Free Shipping does not apply to  International orders, although you will receive a $10.00 USD credit on your shipping charge for orders that would qualify in the US as free shipping. (the $10.00 adjustment will be made by our accounting department prior to processing your order)
 
To select your international shipping option - click on UPS -- Other Carriers -- (A drop down of choices will appear)--select the proper international option.  NOTE:  the shipping charge is to cover our shipping fees only- it does not include any VAT or Duty Charges or postal fees that your country may require for Importing.  Those charges are solely the responsibility of you the customer.   For more information on your countries Import fee, call your local postal service or search on line under -Your Country import duty fees.
  We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
 
NOTE:  Quality Dolls™ is a registered business in the US State of Pennsylvania.  To maintain that license in good standing all Customs Declaration Forms will be Shipped under the Business name of Quality Dolls and marked as Merchandise and Value stated as on your order invoice..  Thank you for your understanding.
What is the Shipping & Return policy?
  Canada and International shipments please note:  Customer Please Note: Your Customs expense-Duties, Taxes and Fees that your Country charge for the product you receive is your responsibility. When  items are refused at delivery due to these additional charges and shipped back to us, the return shipping charges will be charged to you. Note Credit for your return:  A credit for the initial shipping charges will not be given & the return shipping charge we incur will be deducted from the Credit given on the item purchased.
 Our Return Policy:

Returns; 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 15 days of purchase  (Christmas Exception) to receive a  Return Merchandise Authorization (MRA). Unauthorized returns will be refused or charged an additional 15% fee. Returned Items receive a 20% restocking fee (20% of the returned items purchase price) and you will receive store credit for the remainder. Original shipping cost are not refundable.
 
Returned merchandise must be received by us  IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION within 15 days after receiving the MRA. (Original Condition means Not removed from the manufactures packaging, Items easily removed from their box, should still have tags attached, not have been played with or used. Collectibles need to be repackaged in the same manner as received and return with all the certificates and accessories they arrived with.)

 
If your item is eligible for return,  
Return shipping is the customers responsibility. UPS with insurance shipping is required. Returns after a total of 30 days will not be accepted. Exception Christmas gifts. The return time is extended to the end of January.
