The Toddler dolls have soft bodies with movable full vinyl legs. Toddler arms come as either 3/4 or full vinyl arms. In most cases the arms are 3/4 with just over the shoulder being soft. If the doll has full vinyl up to the shoulder joint the description will say 'full' vinyl arms.
